Yeah, I know, it’s a couple of days early, but I’m gonna be working til Saturday and I’m not gonna be able to post these before then. I’m kinda drunk now and so, here are some one year on HRT selfies (no makeup, no shapewear, no bra, deal with it).

I’ve never been happy with my smile, so I tend to get a very serious look in any photos that aren’t candid (or a very awkward, fake looking smile).

Also, as demonstrated by previous posts, I had a fairly unsatisfying holidays. I had Covid over thanksgiving, so missed that entirely, and due to other travel plans, my usual Christmas and New Year’s celebrations were much foreshortened.

Things have been a bit better in the last few days.

I can empathize -- I've got a 'picture smile' I put on if I know there's a camera, because I really hate my natural smile in pictures, but I have practiced a smaller, prettier, more feminine smile that I can tolerate, even if it's never a natural one that comes out spontaneously.

I'm glad the last few days have been better.
